Return Policy
Hello Gorgeous, we hope you love your items from Just A Teese. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy for store credit only.
Please read our return policy guidelines below:
-Item(s) must be returned within 10 days of receiving the item.
-Item(s) must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
-Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging that it was sent in.
-All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
-We do not offer refunds, only store credit will be issued for returned item(s).
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at justateese@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Once we receive your returned item(s) and they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue you store credit for the amount of the items returned. Store credit can be used for a future purchase on our website.
